Shipping policy
Processing Time:
All products are carefully crafted and printed. The Love Above All Collection will start shipping out Monday, January 26. You will receive an additional notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
-Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $6.50
- Free shipping on orders $75+ (4-7 business days)
- Free delivery (in surrounding cities to our warehouse): 1-2 business days
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our website's tracking page or the carrier’s website.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
At this time, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Delays:
Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We will do our best to communicate any known delays to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you require assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.
