From the very first design to the final print, we pour our passion and attention to detail into every step of the process. That being said, we only accept returns in the event of an error on our part with regard to your order.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, it must first be due to a mistake on our end. Errors such as receiving an incorrect size or item. Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags or labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
1. Initiate the Exchange: To begin, please contact our support team by emailing support@wearfaithapparel.com or using the chat box located at the bottom right of your screen. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue, such as receiving the wrong size or item. Along with proof of the mix up.
2. Exchange Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review the details to ensure it meets our guidelines. If approved, you will promptly receive a prepaid shipping label from us.
3. Return the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging or an appropriate alternative. Attach the provided shipping label to the package and send it back to us.
4. Inspection and Exchange: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the exchange criteria. If everything is in order, we will promptly send out the correct item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you. To initiate that process use the chat button located at the bottom right of your screen. We may request photos or other documentation to facilitate the return process.
Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
